Hi,
We didn't receive any similar reports until now, and we'll need to exchange some files. So please email [email protected] to be able to troubleshoot this (for starter we would need the exported profile sent as an attachment in the email, as well as details about your environment).

If that doesn't work update to the latest version, 7.4.370 from http://www.novapdf.com/en/download.html - but I think the problem was because of that setting.

Hi, Can you tell us what version of novaPDF do you have? You mention 2007, does that mean it's the date you obtained it, if so it means you're using novaPDF version 5. What OS have the clients? If it's Vista/7 then go to Devices and Printers, right click on the novaPDF icon and select Printer Proper...

No, it's not because of the other PDF converter installed. Most likely there was a problem installing novaPDF, so what you can do is uninstall novaPDF, restart your computer, and after that reinstall it using the latest version (if you had version 7 installed you can obtain the latest version from h...
