Using novaPDF Standard Desktop Version 7.4 Build 370. While trying 'Append to existing PDF file' option I got error message 'The active profile (temp6) could not be read from client computer'. Any solution?

We have tried multiple tests using the append function but we did not get any errors while appending the files.

Can you give us more details on the environment you are using for testing?

Hello!
Actually i have this problem only with specific Word files that rather old (.doc 97), have graphical content and cyrilic fonts. Trying to append/insert when printing, first the printer manager is not responding for several minutes and then an error message appears which is always the same except temp6, temp4 or temp2.
NovaPDF toolbar in Office ribbon crashed as well.
I have Windows 7 x64 SP1 and MS Office 2007 SP2.
