License is not valid for printer doPDF8 (printer error 4380)

I have printed to doPDF8 a lot with no issues. Now, this week, I got this message twice. I searched for what to do. I finally uninstalled the program, and tried re-installing it from your website. But my virus program found a problem with that download, so I found the original download I made (they are the same version). And just re-installed it. That worked fine for 3 or 4 days, and now I am getting this message again. Can you help me. I have been using Windows 10 for about a month or so. 64 bit.

Please install version 8.4 (newly released).

Hi I am getting this same code error 4380. I have uninstalled and re installed where PDF 8 will work a few times then stop agai. It is getting to be a pain Running Windows 10 64 bit with Office 365 Any suggestions please

Please install the latest build (940) as there were some corrections regarding this error.

This error (4380) is shown in the latest version when the service "novaPDF Server" is not started. The service should start automatically when your computer is restarted, but on some systems that doesn't always work. The last build should fix it, however if not here are the manual steps to "force" it:
1. First of all, if you haven't already, try to restart your computer and see if the error is still shown.
2. If the error persists then you must start the "novaPDF Server" service. To do that go in your Control Panel -> Administtrative Tools -> Services, click on novaPDF Server and then Start it.

I did as suggested...now I get error 15 "License not valid for printer novaPDF 8"..???

Ok, this is strange. Uninstall doPDF, uninstall novaPDF too (it seems you have it installed) and only after that reinstall the latest version of doPDF, once you've restarted your computer.
