There was no problem installing novaPDF, but when I try to print something to the driver, nothing happens.

There is an another PDF writer installed. Can it causes the problem?

No, it's not because of the other PDF converter installed. Most likely there was a problem installing novaPDF, so what you can do is uninstall novaPDF, restart your computer, and after that reinstall it using the latest version (if you had version 7 installed you can obtain the latest version from http://www.novapdf.com/en/download.html depending on what edition were you using). If it's installed correctly it will show up in your Devices & Printers - Printers & Faxes list.
