Error after upgrade to novaPDF 9 Pro version 220

I upgraded from version 219 after receiving an update prompt. Printing to novaPDF 9 no longer works - I receive an error message "Cannot read license for printer novaPDF 9 - Save and Open (error 4380). Please start 'novaPDF Server' service (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services)". However, opening novaPDF 9 Activation shows me:

Your activation is valid, the program is functional
Thank you for choosing novaPDF
novaPDF Professional
Key: (my key displays here but I've hidden it"
Quantity: 1
License: Permanent. Does not expire
Activation: Valid.

And Administrative Tools - Services shows me novaPDF Server service is running. Restarting it made no difference.

Please uninstall the version you have, restart your computer and reinstall the new version from our site. If it still happens, please send an email to support@novapdf.com as we might need some log files. Thank you.
