Urgent - novaPDF OEM 7 - some installations faults

Some of our customers may not complete the installation-processs (32-Bit version of your OEM-Driver).

They all get the following error message: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action OurPrinter, location: ...\app.exe /OEMActionApp= "..."

these customers are all using Windows 7, 64-Bit, SP1. But some other customers with Windows 7 can install it without any problems. WHAT IS THE REASON?

How can we help ours customers now?

Hello, Please make sure the users are having administrator privileges when installing the application locally, otherwise it may be permission issues.

Also please send us more details about the version and build you are using of novaPDF OEM to our support email at [email protected] so we can also check this for any issues.
