Printing from IE crops 3mm off right side

I have novaPDF Standard Desktop v7.7.392 installed on 32-bit Windows 7 Pro SP1. I have a document that displays in Internet Explorer (IE) 9 with the paragraphs using justified alignment (both right and left sides justified with the margins). When I print it with novaPDF, about 3mm of the text on the right side is cropped (cut off). The document is proprietary, so I can't send it to you unfortunately.
I tried adjusting the margins and zoom in novaPDF, but it did not help. I even tried making the zoom 50% (custom) with horizontal centering, but no improvement. IE reflows the text (paragraph wrapping) in response to the margin and zoom, but it still cuts off 3mm from the right margin.
I also tried embedding and not embedding the TrueType fonts (Times New Roman and Helvetica). But this did not make a difference.
It seems that there is a miscommunication between IE and novaPDF (by about 3mm). Is it possible, maybe with an update to novaPDF, to have an option for an offset between the margin set in novaPDF and the margin communicated to the printing application (IE in this case)?
Thanks for your help!
