Black Line every other line in data grid

My customers are experiencing an issue when printing from electronic medical record applications that display items in a table format to the novaPDF OEM build 7.7.387 and build 7.7.393. When the customer tries another pdf printer such as CutePDF it does not black out every other line in the table grid display.

Is there a resolution or fix I can apply for this issue?
