Hello,
If there is indeed a bug in novPDF printer driver, than we need to replicate it here in order to investigate and correct it.
Are you able to replicate this behavior on your test computers? Can you also replicate it with one of our samples? If so, please send us your application, or the sample you used, and tell us the exact steps to replicate it.
Also, when testing this, please use the last build of novaPDF currently available on our site, version 7.4 build 363 (I noticed you mention you use several versions of novaPDF, 7.3.355, 7.1.334, 7.4)

Thanks. I'll work with my testing staff on replicating this error to a point where it's reproducible.

Hello,
have there been new developments because of this? We are getting the same problem for our product on some machines - setup was as described a standard install on a variety of systems - but for us it is linked to the presence of profiles from a previous, older version of NovaPDF (in this case NovaPDF v7.2). If we install the printer under a new name and use that all is well, if we try an update without changing the printer name though we get exactly the same error messages as described by the OP. This behaviour seems to be linked to the users which have used the old printer as well, a new user who never before used the v7.2 printer can use the v7.4 printer...

Unfortunately we haven't been successful in reproducing the error using our means at the time however we have included a fix in our latest builds that could influence this issue as well, so if you are using an older build please update to the latest one and give it another go. If you are still having issues afterwards please modify one of our samples or provide your application along with the steps taken from your end to get to the error so we can reproduce it here.

Are there any updates on this issue? We are experiencing the same issue with Nova 8. Nova works fine on an administrator windows account, but does not work while using it under a standard user account.
