Hi, after my program installs the printer version 7.6.382, in some machines the error 0x77c21165 (0xc0000005) ocurr when I try to print or access the printer's about page. The error occurs even if I do a manual install.
When I install an older version (6.4 or 5.5) works fine but, unfortunately, these versions doesn't fit my software requirements anymore...
Someone have a clue to solve this problem?

Hi, can you tell us the following so we could try to reproduce the problem here:
- What operating system you are using (on which you did the test)?
- What application you're trying to print from through novaPDF OEM?

- Windows XP SP3 (pt-BR) and WIndows 7 SP1 (pt-BR)
- From Word, Excel, Notepad, etc.
If u wish I can post here the commands that I use to install the printer.

Sorry but we can't reproduce your problem here. Can you please try and install the latest version (we've released last week) to see if it still occurs on your system? If it still happens send us an email to support[]novapdf.com to see what we can do next.
