pdf File sometimes not created
We developed an customer specific solution which converts Word-Documents to pdf by novapdf OEM (Microsoft.NET 3.5 with Word-Automation).
Productive Environment: Windows 7 Professional 32bit SP1, German, Microsoft Word 2010, novapdf OEM 7.7 Build 387
Problem: Most of conversion tasks work perfectly. But sometimes the print job is sent to printing queue, but the pdf-File is not created. We can not replicate this issue in our development environment but have some entries from eventlog.
Is there a possibility to activate logging on novapdf to catch the issue?

Hi Markus,
Yes it's possible to do logging, but we have a separate build for that so you'll need to email us at [email protected] in order to get the details on how to install and enable logging.
