Printing Aligned incorrectly

I am using novaPDF Lite Desktop Version 7.7 Build 388
PDF document of mailing labels is aligned incorrectly when labels printed from word.

Hi,
Have you tried printing that page to your regular printer to see if the same error occurs? novaPDF prints the information as it receives it, so there might be a problem in the original document sent for conversion.
