Hi, were you able to resolve the problem installing the redistributable of the SDK? I have exactly the same issue on some of my customers PCs with Windows XP. The installer has version 7.4.363. On other PCs with Windows XP it installs without problems. Other printers can be installed without problem...

Problem with redistributable novapk on W2K
Hi, with novapk v 7.1 build 334 there is a problem on W2k. After copying the files to the local temp-folder, the novaink7.exe is invoked and it returns an error code 193 with "is not a valid Win32-application". The installation fails, no files are copied to the system-spool-drivers folder....
