Hello, novaPDF only converts the file to a PDF, does not also provide a viewing application for it after the conversion. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to be able to open the file afterwards.

Hello, at the moment we do not have an alternative solution for the setup command line parameters, but we will add the possibility to set the parameters in a configuration file.

Hello, did you install the latest version of novaPDF on both the server and the client computer?

Also please send us a screenshot with the novaPDF About page from both machines (server and client) to our support email at support@novapdf.com so we can check for any issues.

Hello, Please delete the file of the form <printer name>.nvl from the folder C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\novaPDF or the Windows XP specific path for this folder and try to install the printer again.
