We need more details, please contact support@novapdf.com with this issue to see what we can do. Also, have you considered upgrading to v9, as v7 is very old?

Yes, it has support for Macro names, including customizing the filename with generated text/numbers and more. You can also download a trial version to test it out first.

Hi, can you try with the latest version of novaPDF as well? You can download v9 (it's a free trial) and it will be installed separately.

You will have to ask the developers of the other application that uses the SDK, because the settings imposed by them override whatever you'd send via novaPDF.

Yes, you can use environment variables if you don't have a fixed folder.
