Please let us know what version and build of novaPDF is installed on the computer and also what type of Windows XP you have on it meaning if it is on 32 bit or 64 bit.

Hello, The 0xd5da0008 exception is raised by novaPDF and it means that the profile name is not found. From your description it seems that on this computer there is no profile defined. This is probably related with some permissions restrictions. novaPDF keeps the profiles in a ini-like file in the "A...
