Adobe Acrobat unable to update until you remove NovaPDF

Having conflicts between NovaPDF OEM Printer installed and Adobe Acrobat (the editor kind). Unable to update Adobe Acrobat on some machines and have narrowed it down to the novaPDF printer. It appears to be interfering with the print spooler. Once NovaPDF printer is removed then, Acrobat will update just fine.

Has anyone else ran into this? Thanks.

Can you please send us an email to [email protected] about this issue? We haven't encountered it before so we'd like to know more about specific versions to be sure we test the correct scenario.
