Cancelling a novapdf document

I've got a document in my novapdf "printer" that won't cancel and won't print.
It has been there two days.
No other PDFs will generate because of it. All I get are zero byte PDF files.

This has happened before. I had to uninstall and reinstall.

There has to be a better way ... right??

To cancel the print and resume the printing processes please press CTRL+ALT+DELETE , go to the Services tab, search for the Spooler service and kill the process. After that refresh the print queue and the document stuck should be gone. Restart the Print spooler service after that and everything should be back to normal.
