Client cannot create PDF

Client cannot create PDF

Question, i installed NOVA STandard server 2007. On the server i can create PDF's on location i specified. I added Nova-PDF's for 5 clients, when they create PDF's it doesn't appear at the location. When i change the location to desktop, it also doens't appear. There is no error occuring, it says the document is sent to the printer.

Please advise.

Hi,
Can you tell us what version of novaPDF do you have? You mention 2007, does that mean it's the date you obtained it, if so it means you're using novaPDF version 5.
What OS have the clients? If it's Vista/7 then go to Devices and Printers, right click on the novaPDF icon and select Printer Properties - in the Sharing tab make sure the option Render print jobs on client computers is not checked.

The version is Nova PDf Standard Server, version 7.4 Build 369.

The clients run Windows7.

I will try your tip. If this not works, what other settings should be adjusted?

If that doesn't work update to the latest version, 7.4.370 from http://www.novapdf.com/en/download.html - but I think the problem was because of that setting.
