license and support

We are going through our budget for next and I was wondering if there was an annual support payment due for the NOVA SDK? We are also trying to gather all the licenses for the products we use and I'm not sure where yours is. I have the installation package, but I'm not sure where the typical 'license.txt' file is for your product.
