Network print and email sending

Dear NovaPDF Team,

after almost 2 hours of testing different solutions, maybe you can help me.

I have installed the Nova PDF Server Version Professional as I would like to save word documents
as PDF and to be sent do a specific email.

I did the setup and the tested the printing. It worked fine from the Server. Now I shared the
printer to my local network and tried the printing from a Windows 7 client.

The print task is created but no email is been sent. Any idea? If I try it locally on the server, it works fine.

How is the email set-up, did you use the SMTP option to configure it? If you're using the regular email option be sure that you have on the client computer a default email client installed as otherwise no email will be sent.

SMTP Setup which is correct and working.

When I print directly at the server, all is fine (email sent), but if I print via share, no email is been sent
