Only First Page Prints from Lotus Notes

Is there a compatibility issue with Lotus Notes?

We use novaPDF to print pdf's into our software and are experiencing an issue where when printing from Lotus Notes into our software, only the first page of the document appears.

We do not experience this problem with any other applications, printing from Word or Outlook into our software works just fine and all of the pages of the document come over.

We use novaPDF OEM 7.3

We are not aware of a compatibility issue with Lotus Notes and we did not receive similar complains. We do not have Lotus Notes here to test this, but could it be that Lotus Notes starts different print jobs for the rest of the pages? (novaPDF generates a separate PDF file for each print job)

Thanks for the suggestion, but no, separate documents are not being created per page.

Any other thoughts?

novaPDF processes the print job as a regular printer would do, are you sure you are sending correctly the pages to be printed from Lotus Notes (i.e. having a setting checked to print only the first page)? Can you try with a shorter document via a regular printer to see if more than the first page gets printed?
