Is it possible to have a separate, dedicated, PDF [@media print] output setting in the .css stylesheet file?
I would like to be able to differentiate between pages from my website printed conventionally and those output to a PDF file.

Unfortunately novaPDF cannot provide the page differentiation functionality for the time being.
