Why are filled fillable forms empty when emailed??

I am using fillable forms. I complete them, save them as ---- . Why then, when I email them, do they arrive empty? What do I do to fix this problem? The second problem is that when I open a saved file, the completed fillable form is blank. What is the problem?

Hello,
Unfortunately this is not related to the novaPDF functionality but rather to Adobe. We do not handle fillable forms or support them for editing.
However from our knowledge a fillable form can only be printed with the data added and cannot be saved with it unless you have a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat to do so.
novaPDF can help you print the form directly after filling in the information. You can also e-mail the resulted file after converting it with novaPDF.
