novapdf install problem

Whenever I would like to install Novapdf, I was informed that there's an error. Sigh!!!!

Please be more specific about this problem.
Let us know the exact error you are getting when you try to install, on what OS you are trying to install, the novaPDF version you used for installation, if you have any previous versions of novapdf on the computer and anything else that may help us in troubleshoot your issue.
