image massively subdivided

When I print from 2007 Word to a .pdf format, i get odd behavior on the conversion of a particular image. I have no compression, resampling or conversion selected. What is a single image in Word becomes a segmented version in .pdf.

If I open that .pdf in an .pdf editor (foxit) -- the image has become dozens of small images. The end-effect is poor picture quality in the .pdf document.

What could be the cause/solution of this? I'll upload a couple screenshots in case that helps.

Thanks,

rod

The resulting image in FOXIT editor. Note how selection grabs individual entities -- and resolution/quality is greatly degraded.

Hello,

We have tested this issue on our end but we cannot reproduce the error as the image is rendered normally.

Please make sure you have the latest novaPDF version installed on the computer and also try to open the PDF after creating it with another PDF reader like the Adobe one.

If you still have issues then please send us the exact file you are trying to print to our support team at [email protected]

Thank you.
