Our application with novaPDF embedded automatically tracks all outgoing emails.

However, our customer prefers that a Delivery Receipt is generated by the receiver once an email is opened (read). While I accept that not all email receivers can generate a read receipt (either the email client is not capable or the receiver cannot be bothered), all I am asking is if novaPDF provides an option that requests a Read (Delivery) Receipt from the receiver?

There isn't such an option in novaPDF.

Is there any chance of requesting such a feature?
Does not matter if feature is for Delivery Receipt or Read Receipt, either (or both) would be welcome

From what I have read on the topic, it appears the email header simply requires an additional entry
(for example, Return-Receipt-To or X-Confirm-Reading-To)
