Still cannot register novaPDF Lite

HI.
As the topic. I enter registration name Softpedia and registration key received in the mail and receive a message "Registration failed - the registration name or registration key you entered is invalid. Please retype or copy/paste the registration information again." And again, and again, again....
Please help.
