Can no longer print to NovaPDF after changing system name on my PC

A few months ago, for some reason that seemed important at the time, I changed the system name on my PC. Since then, I've not been able to print via NovaPDF. I get the error message "Your computer (MelissaPC) is not licensed to print to the server. Print job will be cancelled."

Is there a way to update the license to reflect the new name? Or is there some other way to repair this?

Edited to add that I have a license for NovaPDF Lite 10, purchased in August 2019, in case it matters.

Can you send us an email to support@novapdf.com? We need to know the license key in order to look at this.
