Hello,
If there is indeed a bug in novPDF printer driver, than we need to replicate it here in order to investigate and correct it.
Are you able to replicate this behavior on your test computers? Can you also replicate it with one of our samples? If so, please send us your application, or the sample you used, and tell us the exact steps to replicate it.
Also, when testing this, please use the last build of novaPDF currently available on our site, version 7.4 build 363 (I noticed you mention you use several versions of novaPDF, 7.3.355, 7.1.334, 7.4)
