Hi There,

At the time of launching the actionapp, we see a console window briefly, can it be suppressed?

In order to look further into the issue,

I thought if I could go and set the "external program" as to run "hidden". To do this I checked the port tab in the "printer properties->port", and clicked on the "Configure Port...". It throws the exception with the message "An error occurred during port configuration. Operat could not be completed (error 0x00000002).

Any comments please?
