Error "Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"

I want to test the new version 10 (actually I use still OEM version 7), but if I try to install to branded MSI files I got only this error message:

"Service NovaPDF 10 Server (NovaPdf10Server) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"

I already try to install the MSI files on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Windows 10. Always the same error message!

But why? I'm locally admin
