printing from SAP problem - user input needed
Hello,
I am evaluating the professional version (10.1 build 112) and I am having a problem when sending prints from SAP erp. I can see the print arriving in my novapdf printer's queue but it stacks there and it doesn't save any pdf to the folder I have declared in the assigned profile. When I look at the real-time printer monitoring tab in the description mentions something like "user input needed - in the advanced save settings...". I am not sure what is this user input that is required. Do you have any ideas about this issue?
