Profiles disappearing
Good morning, I'm having an issue occurring for several of our staff, they use NovaPDF to generate and send emails, and it typically works great, however recently the process keeps getting interrupted and giving them an error message, and when I go to look at the NovaPDF settings, the profile is completely gone. I'm able to import it again and it will work for a couple of days, but we've have to do this 1-2 times a week for several people for about 6 weeks now.
I haven't been able to find any similar reports of this happening, and the closest thing I've found suggested it might be a file permissions error, but I don't believe that is the case here, as it will work for a bit before suddenly stopping. I'm unsure exactly what they are doing when it stops working, but I know they aren't touching anything in the NovaPDF software itself.
We are running build 11.9.465 on a windows server 2019 VM.
