Won't Save Small Caps Properly

I am attempting to use novaPDF 10 Lite to save MS Publisher and MS Word documents as PDFs. Certain words in paragraphs of these documents are set in small caps. However, when saving/printing as PDF, the small caps do not embed properly, meaning the typeface changes and the character spacing gets all messed up. I am including a photo of what I mean. I have it set to embed all used fonts. Can't figure this out for the life of me. Thanks in advance.

What font are you using for that text, we believe that's the issue.
