Email not working

Email not working

I just installed and activated a copy of NovaPDF Professional Desktop on a Windows 2000 server. The machine is only used with one user logged in, it's a single purpose machine. Anyway, the reason for selecting NovaPDF was for save and email feature. The save feature is working great, but the email feature is not working at all. I had previously installed novapdf and had the email feature working, but uninstalled it because I downloaded the latest version when I purchased the license (7.1 build 340). I don't recall what the previous version was, but I was using the "send with smtp" option before, but nothing happens using that option or the "open default email client" or "send with default email client" options, now. Any ideas?

i downloaded and installed a previous version, 6.4 and the email function works on the server in question. I assume it may be an issue with the current version and Server 2000. I'll await the results of your testing.
