I was installed silent in my program installer but often die

I have created a program's installer that I made.
the novaPDF installer runs in my installer.
Since then, my program is unstable.
often crash.

i am not using novaPDF printer.
Delete novaPDF printer and when that is fine.

my program made by MFC(VS2008)
OS : XP
novaPDF version 6.0

- what edition, version and build number of novaPDF do you use
- on what Windows versions does novaPDF crash
- when exactly does novaPDF crash, when installing it or when printing to it
