PDF content converted to image while printing using nova pdf oem 8
Good day,
We use Nova PDF OEM version 8, which allows us to print most documents (including PDF files) without any problems. Unfortunately, one of our customers has found that one of the documents is not printed correctly.
The PDF is saved in the standard directory like all other PDF files, but the complete content has been printed as an image. The original PDF was created with "Microsoft Print To PDF" and has the version 1.7 (acrobat 8. x). All fonts are embedded in the original PDF and the texts are legible.
What could be the reason for the problem?
Unfortunately I can't attach a sample file because there are real customer data in the PDF.
