print job stuck spooling nova profesional

We have the fre trial of Nova Professional server as a proof of concept, before we buy it. The problem we are having is that when a job gets sent to the printer, it just stays in the queue a 'spooling' and doesnt finish. The jobs are normal size so it should go right through but it doesnt.

The print jobs are comming from another server (win 2008 64 bit) with the printer installed there (redirected) and the save location is on the Nova server. The weird thing is, I can send a print job to it from my machine (Win 7 64-bit) and it works fine, file saved on server location.

I am having a similar problem. Win7x64 clients printing to shared queue on Win2K8R2 print server. Print jobs sent from any application just get stuck at "spooling". Sometimes the jobs will complete after 5-10 minutes of waiting.

We purchased 3 licenses for evaluation, and would potentially purchase 50+ more if we could get this working. I have sent a couple emails to support already. I need a solution quickly or management will force me to pick a new PDF product.

I have tried disabling Antivirus (both client and server) and there is no firewall between client and server. I have tried lots of different settings on the print queue to no avail.

Please assist.

@cfitzger - please try to install novaPDF 8 too as we've recently released it and has many improvements.
