Hello,
I'm looking for a way to create a PDF that will include a dynamic watermark, so that when the PDF is printed, it includes the username of the person printing it and the current time and date.
To be clear, I'm not looking to include the username of the person who created the PDF, but rather the person who is printing it out. Same for the date & time - it should be the date and time of printing, not of PDF creation.
Is this something that novaPDF can do?

Yes, novaPDF professional has Image and Text watermarks. The text watermarks allow Macros, so you'll be able to add the date/time of printing as well as the username of the person that is logged in when printing the document. There's a 30 day trial available, so you could install and try it out.
