The activation file is invalid

Hi I have downloaded version 8.8 from PCPro and installed it, all of which seemed to go OK but when I try to activate it I get the message "the activation file is invalid. Select a valid file. I have pasted the key directly from the confirmation email and so don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi, why don't you do the online activation directly, is that computer not connected to the internet?
